With twenty five years of experience covering all aspects of health, nutrition and personal safety, and acquiring extensive managerial skills as director of my own security company, I have morphed a career of body guarding into one of Personal Fitness. My expertise in areas of Thai boxing, MMA and competitive Bodybuilding have allowed me to acquire excellent teaching skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, whilst managing a catalogue of clientele and building lasting professional relationships. I am self-motivated, well organised and reliable, with a keen desire to inspire and motivate others to share my passion for sport and fitness.

I can admit that I wouldn’t be as fit as I am if it wasn’t for him. For me, my journey into fitness has been about weight loss, but more importantly building strength as I have a chronic illness that severely affects my energy levels.
